Eclipse Animator Tools (“we”) operates eclipseanimator.tools as an independent third-party resource for Roblox Studio animation creators. This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. Account information — If you create an account: name, email, and authentication data via our auth provider.
2. Order information — Product IDs, amounts, and Stripe payment references for purchases (when checkout is enabled). We do not store full card numbers.
3. Usage events — Aggregate tool and page events (for example tool started/completed). We avoid sending animation file contents in analytics.
4. Feedback — Optional messages you submit, subject to length limits.
5. Technical logs — Basic request metadata needed to operate Cloudflare Workers and diagnose errors.

Free tools and uploads

FPS and loop tools run in your browser by default. We do not upload your pasted keyframe numbers to third-party AI services. If a future upload tool is added, we will state purpose, retention, and deletion before upload.

How We Use Information

• Operate the website, accounts, and downloads.
• Process payments and fulfill entitlements.
• Improve tools using aggregate usage patterns.
• Prevent abuse and secure the service.
• Respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

• Neon / Cloudflare (hosting and database)
